Job Description Compass Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to provide services to The Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) program at multiple locations: Holloman AFB, NM Laughlin AFB, NV Tyndall AFB, FL Vance AFB, OK Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you will play a key role in reducing injury risk and enhancing operational performance by creating individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance centered training, and recovery. The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury. Incumbents are encouraged to apply. JOB DUTIES: Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
