Key Responsibilities Meet, communicate, and interact with individuals in a courteous and helpful manner in order to give instructions and arrange appointments. Utilize computer systems to enter administrative data in patient systems. Utilize basic medical terminology to record patient messages and physician requests pertaining to follow-up medical care. Prepares correspondence and memos as needed. Screens/receive phone calls in a courteous and timely manner, determine the nature of request and provide the information desired using privacy rules and established clinic processes. Ensures data is entered into system accurately and scans documents. Stocks basic office supplies for the clinical area. Enters patients seeking emergent/urgent care, scheduling appointments accurately. Updates all patient demographics.
