PIMHS South is a community-based specialist/tertiary perinatal mental health service for women affected by, or at risk of significant mental health challenges related to pregnancy and the postnatal period (up to 12 months following birth). The multidisciplinary team offers assessment or secondary consultation, treatment or advice to consumers and the stakeholders engaged in their care. YOU WILL NEED  * Demonstrated knowledge, skill and expertise in providing clinical services within a Perinatal and Infant Mental health setting, including assessment and intervention with infants, parents and caregivers, and the parent-infant relationship. Ability to provide high-level clinical leadership, exercise professional judgement and initiative and to work under minimal supervision. * Comprehensive knowledge of relevant, evidence-based approaches to perinatal and infant mental health, including attachment theory, infant development, parent-infant relationship assessment and dyadic interventions, together with experience working as a senior health professional in relevant clinical practice settings. * Demonstrated experience to delivering trauma-informed, attachment-informed and relationship-focused care to infants, parents, caregivers and families experiencing perinatal and infant mental health difficulties, ensuring positive outcomes for infant development, parental wellbeing, and family functioning. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across service systems, including maternity, neonatal, child health, mental health and community services, to support early identification, assessment and intervention for perinatal and infant mental health concerns.
