Summary The Conversions Specialist plays a key role in executing event setups and teardowns efficiently while ensuring the stadium is maintained and prepared for all events. This full-time position is responsible for daily preventative maintenance and operational tasks within the conversions department. The Conversions Specialist handles all aspects of setup, teardown, organization, and other duties required to support a seamless event experience and maintain a high standard of facility readiness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned Execute the setup and teardown of equipment, furniture, and staging for events, including concerts, sports games, and corporate functions. Accountable for ensuring that all setups and related details are executed with precision, strictly adhering to event production notes or Supervisor direction. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as this role plays a key part in the success of each event. Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks to ensure conversion equipment and materials are in proper working order. Read and interpret event layout diagrams to ensure accurate placement of materials and equipment. Organize, clean, and maintain storage areas for conversion materials and equipment. Conduct regular inspections of conversion equipment and facilities, identifying and reporting maintenance needs. Operate machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and other specialized equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of event setup materials and equipment. Respond to time-sensitive or last-minute requests to adjust event setups or resolve operational challenges. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members and event participants. Lead small groups of part-time teammates as needed to successfully complete tasks in support of event operations.
