What You Will Do As A Engineering Manager Lead and Grow a Global Team Manage and coach configuration engineers across India and nearshore locations. Define clear roles, expectations, and career growth paths. Build structured learning programs and certification goals to strengthen BriteCore and insurance domain fluency. Mentor through live configuration reviews, retrospectives, and day-to-day problem solving. Improve execution and process design Design and implement repeatable execution patterns across requirements intake, configuration, validation, and release workflows. Establish measurable KPIs and SLAs to track team performance, throughput, and quality — including cycle time, rework rates, and defect escape.
