Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the fit-out of new and refurbished stores to approved program, budget, and scope of works Developing detailed staging plans and coordinating with store operations to minimise disruption Driving value engineering initiatives to reduce capital costs per square metre without compromising quality Overseeing contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Proactively managing risks, issues, and budgets with clear stakeholder communication Ensuring compliance with OH&S policies, environmental planning acts, and relevant building codes Managing store closures and lease make-good requirements in line with agreements Successfully handing over completed projects to Store Managers and Maintenance team   To be successful you’ll have We’re looking for individuals with strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering results.
