Description We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on leader who loves the car wash business, builds strong teams, and knows how to drive memberships and daily execution. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll run shifts, coach the crew, sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships alongside the team, and help keep the site operating at peak performance—clean, safe, and customer-ready. Key Responsibilities Open/close the site and lead day-to-day shift execution (sales, labor, cleanliness, and safety) Lead by example: actively sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships and support line/tunnel operations with the team Train, coach, and develop CSRs to deliver great service and hit membership goals Maintain strong site standards across tunnel, vacuums, lot, landscaping, and equipment appearance Support scheduling and labor control while keeping morale and accountability high Resolve customer concerns and turn issues into loyalty and retention Track key metrics and communicate results to the Store Manager Step in to run the site in the Store Manager’s absence as needed with a strong emphasis on accountability and responsibility Requirements 1–3 years of leadership experience (shift lead, key holder, assistant manager) in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality Comfortable selling and coaching sales behaviors—must enjoy engaging customers and closing memberships Strong customer service instincts and confidence handling escalations Able to work outdoors in all weather and remain on your feet throughout shifts Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays Basic computer skills (scheduling tools, POS systems, Google Sheets) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Benefits & Perks We believe our team members deserve great support.
