JOB INTRODUCTION
As an HR Support Manager, you will work with Line Managers across the organisation, on various types of employee relations cases, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policy and procedures and make fair, objective and consistent decisions.
You will also support them with all types of recruitment need for our L2 and L3 team members, including CV screening, interviews and hiring events.
Support will cover the full range of employee relations issues so previous experience is essential. The ability to be flexible and adaptable is also a key attribute required for the role.
