Functieomschrijving Als Senior Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van complexe IT-oplossingen voor onze klanten. Je combineert sterke technische expertise met een scherp inzicht in de businessbehoeften van de klant en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel de klant als je collega's. Je hebt een goed overzicht van het (sub)project waar je aan werkt en neemt eigenaarschap over zowel de technische kwaliteit als de projectdelivery. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager, architecten en de klant om de juiste technische keuzes te maken en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen aansluiten op de doelstellingen van de organisatie. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van je team. Je delegeert werkzaamheden waar nodig, begeleidt en coacht minder ervaren collega's en draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team. Wat ga je doen? Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de succesvolle delivery van (sub)projecten in samenwerking met de projectmanager. Adviseren van klanten over technische oplossingen en het vertalen van businessbehoeften naar schaalbare en toekomstbestendige softwareoplossingen. Uitvoeren van code reviews en bewaken van codekwaliteit, performance en maintainability. Coachen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior en medior developers in hun technische en professionele ontwikkeling. Delegeren van werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een effectieve samenwerking binnen het ontwikkelteam. Functie-eisen Wat breng jij mee? Het is belangrijk dat je goede technische vaardigheden hebt en gemotiveerd bent om managementtaken op te pakken. Daarnaast zoeken wij collega’s met de volgende vaardigheden en competenties: (HBO) bachelor- of masterdiploma in een IT-gerelateerd vakgebied (bijv. Computerwetenschappen, Toegepaste Wiskunde, Elektrotechniek, Natuurkunde, Informatica, enz.) Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in softwareontwikkeling binnen complexe IT-projecten. Aantoonbare ervaring met Java, .NET en C#. Ervaring met Azure en moderne softwarearchitecturen is een sterke pre. Ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coachen van teams. Je bent in staat om technische vraagstukken te vertalen naar oplossingen die aansluiten op de businessdoelstellingen van de klant. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met klanten, stakeholders en collega's. Ervaring met Agile/Scrum-werkwijzen. Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels uitstekend, in woord en geschrift. Een groot deel van onze projecten is gebaseerd op web-based technologieën. We werken met: .NET, C# en Java Angular en React Azure Cloud Verder ook met veel standaardplatforms van bijvoorbeeld Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, Guidewire etc. In plaats van oplossingen telkens opnieuw te bouwen, werken we met onze eigen platforms, zoals PULSE, AMPLIO en AMI.
