Design and implement high-quality Individualised Behaviour and Learning Plans (IBLPs). Participate in and co-lead professional development sessions and ongoing instructional coaching. Review lesson plans and observe lessons Resource creation and implementation monitoring Co-creation of lesson planning and lesson materials Scholar Progress Monitoring Administer formative and termly assessments to track academic performance.
