Key Responsibilities


Elementary School Teachers


  • Identify students’ individual and collective learning needs.
  • Plan and deliver instruction tailored to student learning styles and diverse

needs.


  • Provide a stimulating, inclusive learning environment where every student can

thrive.


  • Help students develop essential knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes.
  • Evaluate, record, and communicate student progress clearly to parents and guardians.
  • Prepare and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra academic

support.


  • Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialized professionals to support student

growth.


  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development seminars, and in-service

training.


  • Volunteer for and supervise extracurricular and after-school activities.

Middle & High School Teachers (Additional


Duties)


  • Design and deliver engaging, subject-specific lesson plans aligned with the

curriculum.


  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, discussions,

laboratory experiments, and multimedia.


  • Assess student progress through diverse formative and summative assignments and

exams.


  • Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent study skills.
  • Prepare teenagers for graduation, post-secondary education, and entry into the

workforce.
