Role Overview The AI Leadership Programme Tutor delivers a postgraduate-level professional learning programme focused on leadership in technology-enabled environments. This role is responsible for facilitating live online learning, supporting learner engagement, and assessing learner work, ensuring a high-quality and impactful learning experience throughout the programme duration. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver weekly live, synchronous online classes aligned to the programme curriculum. Facilitate regular live drop-in sessions to support learner questions and understanding. Guide and motivate learners through their learning journey using inclusive and engaging teaching approaches. Support social learning by actively contributing to and moderating online discussion forums. Ensure learner understanding of course content, key concepts, and practical applications. Provide timely, constructive feedback on learner project submissions. Grade learner assessments in line with defined criteria and academic standards. Collaborate with senior tutors and delivery team members to ensure consistency of learner experience. Work closely with learner support teams to promote engagement, progression, and achievement. Doctoral qualification completed or currently in progress in a relevant discipline such as management, technology, or organisational change. Demonstrated experience teaching, facilitating, or mentoring adult learners at professional or postgraduate level. Strong subject matter expertise relevant to leadership, technology, and AI-enabled organisational contexts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across digital platforms.
