A key function of the Assistant Service Manager role within Theatres and Anaesthetics is to support the Trust to achieve national performance targets, whilst focusing on Theatre Systems management, improvement, data analytics and presenting of multiple data sources, as well as, cancelled on the day tracking and trending. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work closely with senior clinicians, effectively manage performance against a range of standards and support the management team in generating clear strategic plans for their services.
