About the Role The Teaching Director (Lead Preschool Teacher & Education Director) is a high-impact, hybrid leadership role designed for an experienced preschool educator who balances strong classroom instruction with location-level teacher support and management. Spending part of the day leading an inclusive 2s, 3s, or 4s classroom using Creative Curriculum or Tools of the Mind, you will model pedagogical excellence while creating the building blocks for lifelong learning. The remainder of your day is dedicated to location leadership, where you will support daily operations and staffing, conduct teacher observations, and provide the formal mentorship and training necessary to onboard new hires and elevate instructional standards across your location.
