We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Hartlepool & Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with classroom experience, a background in education, or those considering a teaching career. The role involves supervising lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay engaged and on task.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience working with secondary school students (preferred but not essential)
A degree or relevant education qualification (desirable)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Confidence in leading and engaging a class
The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
A flexible and proactive approach
