Support aux opérations multi-sites Accompagner le Directeur des Opérations dans le suivi et la coordination des activités des restaurants Réaliser des visites terrain régulières pour observer, remonter les besoins et suivre les actions en cours Aider à la résolution des problèmes opérationnels du quotidien (priorisation, coordination, ajustements) 2. Suivi de la performance et reporting Mettre à jour des outils de pilotage (tableaux de bord, checklists, comptes-rendus) Préparer les supports nécessaires aux réunions opérationnelles (hebdo/mensuelles) Réaliser des audit internes sur le respects des process 3.
