Highly resourceful individual, with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner and adapt to unforeseen circumstances. Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships amongst team members. Strong leadership skills demonstrated by a capacity to lead by example, providing support, ensuring attention to detail, maintaining quality and service standards, and facilitating positive interactions. Demonstrated effectiveness in working autonomously with limited supervision. Business and financial proficiency. Sales experience is highly preferred. Openness to feedback for professional and personal growth. Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). PAY: · $50,000 - 52,000/year plus commission and bonus opportunity. JOB TYPE: Full-time. SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week, including one weekend day and changing shifts (AM and PM). Weekend availability.
