Description du poste Sous l'autorité directe du Directeur d'agence, Vous aurez pour mission de piloter, animer, former et développer une équipe de conseillers, en déployant la politique commerciale de la société, dans le respect des règles de déontologie et d'éthique. En tant que Manager Patrimonial, vos missions seront : Participer au développement d’un « projet Agence » afin de donner de la visibilité et des perspectives à l’activité globale de son équipe; Développer et fidéliser son équipe en participant de manière active au recrutement de son équipe et en intégrant au travers d’un plan de formation technique, commerciale et réglementaire, les nouveaux Collaborateurs; Former et accompagner son équipe en identifiant et/ou assurant notamment les formations commerciales, techniques et réglementaires nécessaires à son équipe; Organiser, contrôler et coordonner le travail de son équipe et par là même s’assurer régulièrement de la satisfaction des clients; Piloter l’activité de chacun des membres de son équipe en fixant et pilotant les objectifs de chaque membre de son équipe ainsi qu’en développant l’activité commerciale; Contrôler de façon régulière l’activité et s’assurer du bon conseil, de la conformité des opérations et du respect de la réglementation; Remplir les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs fixés par le présent Accord et ceux s’y substituant et communiqués par son Manager.
