JOB SUMMARY: The Employee Health Nurse (RN) is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Hamilton Health Center’s employee health program within an ambulatory primary care environment. This role oversees employee health screenings, vaccinations, infection prevention activities, exposure management, and compliance monitoring, while working closely with Human Resources, Compliance, and Quality teams. This position plays a critical role in supporting employee safety, wellness, retention, and timely return-to-work outcomes.
