وتقديمها• التحليل الفكري• يتمتع بمهارات التواصل الإقناعي• وضع الأولويات والقدرة على تمكنه من العمل بتوجيهات محدودة• القدرة على إعداد وتحديث وصياغة السياسات والإجراءات والإرشادات. الدبلوم البكالوريوس خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 10 سنوات خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 8 سنوات • معرفة الاجراءات وعمليات الإنتاج في التكرير والبيتروكيماويات ويشمل ذلك معرفة المخاطر المتعلقة بالسلامة والصحة.• الإلمام بأساسيات الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة ويعد ذلك معرفة شاملة عن السلامة والصحة المهنية, بالإضافة إلى فهم تفصيلي للمعايير العامة للصناعة ومتطلبات المعايير المرجعية الأكثر استخدامًا.• يمتلك معرفة عميقة عن المفاهيم الأساسية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة مثل تقييم المخاطر ومعدات الحماية الشخصية وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية والسلامة السلوكية وسلامة الآلات والمعدات والدخول إلى الأماكن المحصورة وغيرها.• معرفة أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.• يتمتع بخبرة في تدقيق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. • معرفة منظمة المعايير الدولية (45001, 14001, 9001). • معرفة أساليب وممارسات إدارة المخاطر.• معرفة دراسات المخاطر وقابلية التشغيل HAZOP أو ما يشابهها.• ملم بإدارة سلامة العمليات. • يمتلك شهادة NEBOSH IGC / PSM أو أي شهادة معادلة أو أعلى في مجال HSE.• شهادة مدقق رئيسي لنظام الإدارة المتكامل والتي تتوافق مع منظمة المعايير الدولية (IMS) ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001.
