Nu söker vi en behandlare till Alpklyftans HVB Hallegatan i Göteborg. HVB Hallegatan ingår i Nytida Alpklyftan tillsammans med HVB Blankversgatan och HVB Villa Parkudden. Verksamheten vänder sig till ungdomar och unga vuxna mellan 15–19 år som behöver stöd i vardagen på grund av psykosocial problematik, neuropsykiatrisk funktionsnedsättning eller hög skolfrånvaro. Ungdomarna erbjuds samordnade insatser utifrån överenskommen genomförandeplan och ungdomarnas individuella målsättningar och förutsättningar. Målen följs upp kontinuerligt och ungdomarna har hög delaktighet i arbetet. Ungdomarna är till viss mån självständiga och erbjuds stöd och omsorg utifrån individuella behov. Hallegatan ligger i ett lugnt men centralt villaområde på Hisingen i Göteborg, med goda kommunikationsmöjligheter via närliggande kollektivtrafik. Verksamheten har nio platser - fyra i kollektiv form och fem i tillhörande lägenheter. Arbetsgruppen präglas av gott samarbete, stor erfarenhet, högt engagemang och stort ansvarstagande. Om rollen Behandlarens arbete syftar till att möta ungdomar i behov av stöd och vägledning. Rollen kräver en trygg och självständig person som klarar av att arbeta ensam under delar av arbetspasset, samtidigt som man bibehåller struktur, lugn och ett professionellt bemötande i alla situationer. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår behandlingsarbete såsom motiverande samtal, samordning av insatser, myndighetskontakter, färdighetsträning och dokumentation. Arbetet ställer krav på god förmåga att fatta beslut, ta ansvar och agera självständigt utifrån lokala och centrala rutiner i uppkomna situationer. Praktiska sysslor såsom städ, matinköp och matlagning ingår i arbetsuppgifterna. Som behandlare ansvarar du för att följa gällande lagstiftning och verksamhetens rutiner, bland annat gällande vård- och livsmedelshygien samt medicinhantering. Arbetet bedrivs enligt kontaktmannaskap, och på boendet förekommer både ensamarbete och sovande jour. Din erfarenhet och kunskap Du är socionom, beteendevetare eller har annan högskoleutbildning inom beteendevetenskapligt område. Även sökande med 2-årig eftergymnasial vidareutbildning innehållande 400YH med inriktning socialt arbete är aktuella. Du har arbetat i några år med barn och unga, gärna i behandling. Du har gärna en vidareutbildning inom behandlingsmetoder som är vanligt förekommande inom yrket, såsom Motiverande intervju (MI), familjebehandling, Återfallsprevention (ÅP) eller liknande.
