REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Successfully completed modules in the Cleaning and Property Services sector (Maintenance Cleaning Services and Basic Cleaning Services),or a valid Puhtauspassior a minimum of one (1) year of continuous work experience in similar tasks within the cleaning services industry
• At least A1 level Finnish language skills - the ability to understand both spoken and written instructions and to communicate satisfactorily in Finnish is required
• Vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016), if the employee works in an environment where there is a risk of infection (e.g., in social and healthcare units). This protection will be verified by the employer through occupational health services at the beginning of the employment relationship.
• Tuberculosis screening as required by the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016, Section 15) and the Occupational Health Care Act (1383/2001, Section 13), if the person works in an environment with an infection risk (e.g., social and healthcare units). The screening will be carried out by the employer via occupational health services at the beginning of the employment relationship.
• Clean criminal record extract, as required by the Act on checking the criminal background of Persons working with children (504/2002). This extract will be checked only from selected candidates at the beginning of the employment.
