Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Assist the Project / Site manager in project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
  • Liaise with clients, consultants for technical issues, and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
  • Ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
  • Enforcement on authorities regulations and requirements
  • Co-ordinate, Program and monitor site work, material and workforce.
  • Resolve material and manpower issue as highlighted by subordinates.
  • Implementation of Cost / Quality control on site.
  • Plan, Lead and motivate workforce including supervision within the project
  • Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed, maintained and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Able to produce working and As-Built drawing including O&M manual.
  • Adhere to the labour and material budget for the assigned project
  • Feedback on site progress claims and sub-contracts payment.
  • Plan and manage materials on site to avoid wastage.
  • Arrange and mobilize own worker’s & sub-contractors to avoid delay in site progress.
  • Track and monitor site work to meet all key milestone, critical date and target completion date.
  • Follow through on submission with targeted submission and approval dates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to Singaporeans only
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Well-versed in MS Office, ETABS, SAP2000 and AutoCAD
  • Candidate with Additional and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall will be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
