BSN Full-Time Nursing Faculty Reporting to the Associate Dean of Nursing Academics, Program Director, or Chair, the Full-Time Nursing Faculty supports the University’s mission by facilitating student learning aligned with course and program outcomes. The role provides leadership as an educator, mentor, and role model, fostering an innovative and accountable academic environment. Faculty contribute program-specific expertise, participate in departmental initiatives, assess student learning to ensure outcome achievement, and uphold academic integrity while supporting institutional and accreditation goals. INSTRUCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaches assigned course load and maintains regular office hours. Participates in course and program assessment for continuous improvement. Updates course materials and syllabi in alignment with shared governance. Uses diverse teaching methods to support student achievement of learning outcomes.
