DAYTIME HOURS ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER JOB IN BRAMPTON (NEAR HUNTINGDON), JOB OVERVIEW:

Working within our great family business you’ll balance your passion for hospitality with the rest of your life… as we only ask you to work daytime hours! We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help support the day-to-day running of our busy restaurant located within our Garden Centre. Open only during the day, our restaurant serves freshly cooked breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon teas.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to help maintain our high standards across both the kitchen and front of house. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team, ensuring great customer service, and helping with the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant.

In your role as Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in motivating and guiding the team, helping to maintain high standards and a positive working environment.
Your enthusiasm, reliability, and hands-on approach will make you a key part of the team — especially during busy service times — where you’ll lead by example and offer day-to-day support to both the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
