De ce fait, rattaché(e) au responsable du pôle, l’alternant(e) Relations Assurances - Gestionnaire de Sinistres assiste l’équipe en charge de la gestion des dossiers sinistres du portefeuille BMW Finance auprès de ses clients, en relation avec leur compagnie d’assurance, les experts, les instances juridiques (avocats, notaires, mandataires), les huissiers, les administrations et nos partenaires. Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :• Gérer et traiter les demandes clients liées à l’ouverture de leur sinistre,• Assurer le suivi et la gestion des dossiers jusqu’à indemnisation effective de l’assureur principal,• Procéder aux calculs des montants d’indemnisation pour les assurances complémentaires proposées aux clients et rattachées à leur contrat de financement (automobile ou 2 roues),• Assurer le suivi de l’indemnisation complémentaire de nos prestataires,• Effectuer le solde comptable des dossiers et le remboursement de trop perçu éventuel,• Clôturer le dossier de sinistre avec le client,• Optimiser les processus liés à la gestion des sinistres• Maintenir la base de documentaire (tutoriels, e-mails types, courriers types, guides utilisateur, etc.…) des équipes.   ET SI C’ÉTAIT VOUS ?
