Vous pilotez la qualité, la rentabilité et la conformité des portefeuilles projets, tout en accompagnant les équipes vers une amélioration continue de leurs pratiques. Vos principales responsabilités Déployer et faire respecter les standards de qualité, de gouvernance et de conformité sur l’ensemble des projets des Service Lines. Piloter la performance des projets : suivi de la marge, maîtrise des overruns/underruns et optimisation du taux de charge individuel. Consolider le reporting des projets, suivre les KPIs clés et fournir des analyses opérationnelles au management. Coordonner les équipes onshore et nearshore et assurer une gouvernance efficace des dispositifs multi-projets. Améliorer en continu les processus de delivery afin d’augmenter la prévisibilité, la productivité et la qualité des projets. Contribuer à l’amélioration du NPS client sur les projets en sécurisant la qualité d’exécution et la relation client. Favoriser le partage de connaissances et l’adoption des outils et méthodes de delivery. Revoir les propositions d’avant-vente, les modèles de pricing et l’évaluation des risques avant soumission au client. Intervenir sur les projets critiques pour sécuriser leur delivery et mettre en place des actions correctives rapides. Accompagner le développement des talents delivery : montée en compétences, suivi des certifications des Project Managers et plans de succession. Qualifications Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en pilotage de projets ou de portefeuilles dans un environnement de services (ESN, conseil, intégration…).
