What role will you play?
As an Executive in the Portfolio Performance Group, you will support functional leaders in driving superior operational and financial performance across portfolio companies. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, project management, and stakeholder coordination, enabling you to contribute to transformational initiatives and value creation across diverse industries.
Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $135,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

• 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting, with a strong preference for consulting experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships across functions and stakeholder groups.
• High organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for operational excellence, with a commitment to learning, problem-solving, and contributing to impactful business outcomes.
