• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules usingPrimavera P6 for multiple projects.
• Collaborate withproject managers, field supervisors, engineers, and estimators to build logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules.
• Perform schedule updates, baseline comparisons, and critical path analyses.
• Identify project risks and potential delays—recommend mitigation strategies to keep things moving.
• Produceweekly and monthly reports, including look-ahead schedules and resource forecasting.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to team members on scheduling best practices.
