Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, compensation updates, benefits administration, leaves of absence, transfers, offboarding and employee relations. Deliver end-to-end onboarding support, ensuring candidates clearly understand the onboarding process and receive timely communication and employment documentation in accordance with defined SLAs. Stay informed on changes in employment legislation and internal policies to ensure advice and processes remain compliant. Coach and mentor people leaders by providing guidance on employment policies, HR processes and guidelines. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key collaborators including Operations Managers, PBP’s, Legal and external vendors, to deliver an effective, efficient and professional end to end HR service.
