QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering or similar building design profession with minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience.
Proficient BIM software
Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Digital Projects, Tekla, 360 Glue, or other parametric, fabrication or
coordination tools, Analysis tools, would be useful
BCA Academy’s BIM Certificates would be an added advantage.
Software & Tools training experience would be an added advantage.
Quantity take-off & Facility Management tools experience would be an added
advantage.
Should be able to prepare and manage BEP based on client and project requirement.
Must be well-verse working knowledge in quality assurance tools.
Excellent knowledge in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines.
Problem Solver - tackle both large scale/conceptual level and detail/task level problems
Adaptable - able to jump from project to project and stay abreast of all changes
Creative – “outside the box” or new thinking into both building design and drawing production challenges

Manage Process of BIM exchange, Collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants and contractors.
Manage and develop BIM Protocol, Standard and content (Library)
Manage process, implementation, best practices & techniques of BIM and related tools.
Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
Coordinate with design consultants, contractor and sub-contractors.
Assist Project Teams in BIM Project Setup.
Review design and fabrication models and drawing at different stages
Attending meeting and communication with clients to establish their needs.
Identifying project workflows throughout all project phases.
Study tender documents
Ensure Modelling Quality Control
Training Material Preparations
Training in-house/Client place
Handholding at Client place.
Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use.
Use advanced tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines in a BIM environment.
Interface with engineers, our clients, and other consultants through clear communication and drawings. Interact with our
clients to coordinate BIM modelling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery
Computer literate; advanced proficiency in BIM Software like Tekla, Bentley (Mandatory), Autodesk etc.., Microsoft Office Program
Suite, and AutoCAD.
Analytical ability to gather, organize and interpret data, to identify discrepancies, problems or issues, to obtain advice
when precedents are unclear or unavailable.
Ability to meet deadlines based on contractual agreements and company standards
Ability to effectively organize, multitask, and perform under pressure
Courtesy and listening skills are required for interactions with various team members and clients.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks without constant supervision is a must
