The primary purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional Group Fitness Classes – delivering excellent service, enhancing member experiences and contributing to the One Playground brand and culture. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver Group Training Sessions: Fitness / Wellness Classes – Deliver engaging & unique group training classes Member Experience – Contribute to the delivery of high-quality experiences to our members and One Playground teams. Community Building – Ensure our members feel they belong and are part of the community, make them feel welcomed and significant. General Facility/Studio Upkeep – Ensure the efficient operations of the facility, and any oversight of the cleaning team. Administration – Follow all One Playground administrative & emergency procedures.
