The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's document management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing document workflows. Develop, implement, and maintain document control policies and procedures Manage the organization's document management system, ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and version control of all documents Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely document updates and revisions Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Train staff on document control procedures and best practices Implement and oversee quality control processes for all managed documents Analyze document workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency Collaborate with IT department to maintain and upgrade document management software Prepare reports on document control activities and metrics for management review Ensure proper archiving and retention of documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field PMIS experience is mandatory Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control, preferably rail projects experience.
