WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

You’ll work in our 24x7 Service Management Centre, managing customer tickets, monitoring systems, prioritising faults, coordinating engineers, and ensuring SLA compliance. Shifts include 2 weeks Mon–Fri (1 week 08:00–16:00, 1 week 10:00–18:00), followed by 1 week of 6-hour days with on-call duties. Additional tasks include reporting, maintenance, and managing supplier access in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
