Director of Physical Therapy About This Opportunity A Warrenton, VA outpatient physical therapy office is seeking a Director of Physical Therapy for a full-time leadership position. This role offers a salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year and a steady Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. The Director of Physical Therapy will oversee clinical care, support the therapy team, and help patients receive organized treatment from the first appointment through discharge. The role requires strong outpatient experience, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to lead a team in a busy clinic setting.
