Can you bring the following to our team?

• Capacity to work mid-week morning (~6:30-9am), afternoon shifts (~2:30pm-7pm) and occasional weekend shifts
• Potential to work mid-week and/or weekend sleepover shifts (inactive)
• Current Driver’s License
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) 
• To hold or be willing to obtain a QLD Disability Worker Screening card and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• NDIS Orientation Training certificate (or willingness to obtain) 
• And most importantly, a passion and enthusiasm to help young people with disability create the regular independent lives they deserve!

Previous experience in the following will be a plus:

• Personal care;
• Use of alternative communication methods; and 
• Supporting people with complex behaviours.
