Director of Physical Therapy Job Description An outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA is hiring a full-time Director of Physical Therapy. This role is designed for a physical therapist who enjoys hands-on outpatient care and the independence to manage patients from evaluation through discharge. You will provide one-on-one treatment, use your clinical judgment to guide care, and support patients through personalized treatment plans that include manual therapy, exercise, education, and active rehabilitation. You will also play a key role in helping a newer clinic continue to grow and serve the local community.
