Key Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives to meet performance goals and high service standards. Academic/Professional Qualifications and Experience: 7 years of proven experience in a customer relations management role, with a track record of successfully leading and managing a customer relations department. Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics. Additional certifications in Customer Relations Management such as CCSM, CCSP or CXEP are considered an advantage. Strong command of MS Office. Professional level of Azerbaijani, English.
