Le Centre de Recherche Clinique (CRC) des Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève (HUG) et son équipe multidisciplinaire soutient les chercheurs et chercheuses dans toutes les étapes de leurs projets de recherche clinique. Description du poste Vous rejoignez l’Unité d’Investigation Clinique (UIC) du CRC en tant que collaborateur ou collaboratrice scientifique spécialisée dans la gestion des données cliniques. Vous assurez la mise en place, l’administration et la gestion des bases de données ainsi que des cahiers d’observation électroniques (eCRF) pour les projets de recherche clinique. Vous préparez les bases de données en vue des analyses statistiques et vous contribuez à la clôture des projets. Vous participez également au développement et à la mise en œuvre des systèmes de qualité liés à ces activités, tout en assurant leur suivi. Dans vos fonctions, vous élaborez et révisez les protocoles d’études cliniques sur les aspects liés à la gestion des données. Vous interagissez avec les différents acteurs et actrices des projets, notamment les promotrices et promoteurs, investigateurs et investigatrices, coordinateurs et coordinatrices d’étude, assistantes et assistants de recherche clinique, moniteurs et monitrices et statisticiens et statisticiennes. Vous exploitez les outils de gestion de données cliniques mis à disposition par l’institution, tels que REDCap® et secuTrial®, en conformité avec les recommandations des autorités d’enregistrement (Swissmedic, EMA, ICH, FDA) et la réglementation suisse et internationale en matière de données de santé. Vous gérez les aspects administratifs et sécuritaires liés aux bases de données, notamment la gestion des accès dans l’environnement REDCap®. Vous mettez en place les contrôles de cohérence et de qualité nécessaires au bon déroulement des projets. Vous préparez les bases de données pour les analyses statistiques et leur migration vers des formats compatibles avec les logiciels statistiques, et vous participez activement à la clôture des projets. Vous soutenez les professionnelles et professionnels de la recherche clinique dans les processus de data management, en assurant leur formation continue et en leur apportant une assistance technique. Vous respectez les exigences réglementaires concernant l’accès et la sécurité des données, et vous surveillez le bon déroulement des activités de data management clinique. Vous renforcez la qualité du processus de data management au sein du Centre de Recherche Clinique (CRC) en rédigeant des procédures (SOPs), des instructions, en assurant le monitoring des activités et en mettant en œuvre tout autre moyen complémentaire. Qualifications Vous êtes titulaire au minimum d’un Bachelor dans un domaine scientifique. Vous disposez idéalement de connaissances de recherche clinique et une expérience en bioinformatique ou en data management. Vous maîtrisez un ou plusieurs langages de programmation permettant la restructuration, l’analyse et la visualisation des données. Vous connaissez idéalement les outils REDCap® et secuTrial®, ainsi que les standards CDASH/SDTM (CDISC Foundational Standards) et les bonnes pratiques du data management dans le cadre des essais cliniques. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur, de bonnes capacités de communication et vous avez un réel intérêt pour le travail en équipe multidisciplinaire dans le domaine de la recherche clinique.
