What You'll Do: In the Case Manager role, you’ll provide direct services to clients, to include but not limited to, intake, assessment and vocational case management, job placement and referrals, and social services/basic needs client advocacy (resources & referrals) to help day laborers, migrant workers, individuals experiencing homelessness, and families achieve employment placement and self-sufficiency.
