  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das globale Sales Reporting und stellst sicher, dass alle Vertriebsdaten monatlich zuverlässig, konsistent und in hoher Qualität zur Verfügung stehen. Gleichzeitig bist Du zentrale Ansprechperson für alle globalen Reporting-Themen.
  • Du entwickelst aussagekräftige Dashboards, Analysen und Management-Reports in Power BI und Tableau kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für Transparenz über Vertriebsperformance, Kennzahlen und Trends.
  • Als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Finance, Produktionsstandorten und IT stimmst Du Kennzahlen ab, führst Plausibilitätsprüfungen durch und stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten auf derselben Datenbasis arbeiten.
  • Mit Salesforce erstellst Du Pipeline-Analysen sowie Dashboards für Business Partner und unterstützt damit die Zielplanung, Performance-Steuerung und fundierte Managemententscheidungen.
  • Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im Vertriebs- und Finanzumfeld aktiv voran. Dazu gehören die Einführung neuer Tools, die Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie die Weiterentwicklung globaler Reporting- und Datenstrukturen.


Qualifikationen


  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales Finance, Controlling, Reporting oder Business Analysis
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten und Zusammenhänge strukturiert aufzubereiten und verständlich darzustellen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Management-Reports und Dashboards mit Tools wie Power BI oder Tableau
  • Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Austausch mit internationalen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
