Description
  • To process account management related activities such as account opening, updating and closing.
  • To monitor margin call and client fund movements.
  • To verify invoices and liaise with relevant department for payment.
  • To perform timely trade settlement with Bursa.
  • To execute trade allocations and amendments.
  • To verify beneficial ownership of any deposits, withdrawal and cash adjustments.
  • To liaise with respective FBRs/remisiers for any arising matters.
  • To monitor the back-office system database back-up.
  • To prepare regulatory and management reports on a weekly, monthly, or as-required basis.
  • To perform regular filing to maintain intact and up to date records.
  • To perform other ad-hoc operational duties as and when required by Company’s management.


Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Investment or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the stockbroking industry, operations or any relevant function.
  • Basic knowledge of Futures products features will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good command in spoken and written English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
