Achieve annual new deposit production targets of $10–20 million across personal, business, and trust accounts. Structure customized deposit and treasury management solutions aligned with client liquidity, cash flow, and operational needs. Maintain expert knowledge of First Western’s deposit products, treasury offerings, value proposition, and competitive market dynamics. Partner with Profit Center teams including relationship bankers, private bankers, and treasury and wealth partners to deliver comprehensive solutions and deepen relationships. Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline through networking, community involvement, CRM documentation, and regular performance reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required. 7–10 years of deposit-focused business development experience. Proven success sourcing and closing operating deposit relationships. Strong understanding of deposit products, treasury management solutions, and pricing strategies. Ability to assess client needs and structure tailored cash management solutions. Deep knowledge of competitive markets, rate environments, and industry trends. Self-directed, results-driven approach with strong relationship-building skills.
