Description Position Summary The Accounting Manager is a key member of Avion’s Corporate Accounting team and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across assigned properties. This role oversees the monthly close process, supports hotel transitions, leads and develops accounting staff, and partners closely with ownership, General Managers, and senior accounting leadership. This position is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization and is excited to help build scalable processes as the company continues to expand. About Avion Hospitality Avion Hospitality is a growing hotel management company built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and results. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for leaders who want to grow with us, help shape our processes, and play a key role in supporting ownership, property leadership, and corporate teams.
