About the Role As a Work Life Consultant, you will partner closely with individuals receiving services, their families, support networks, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure each person’s goals, strengths, and aspirations are honored through thoughtful, person-centered planning and support. You will serve as a key advocate, coordinator, communicator, and mentor — helping ensure services are delivered with excellence, dignity, compassion, and accountability.
