The Chief Craftsman will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating, maintaining and/or supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. Job Summary The successful candidate will, under general supervision, performs Safe, Reliable, and Effective Operations (SREO), as outlined in their current Journeyman, Lead, or Specialist job description. The employee selected for this position will serve for two years. At the end of the two-year service, the employee will return to their previous Skill Set either in their existing crew or another location depending on staffing needs. If during the two-year tenure, management determines the selected employee is not fulfilling the responsibilities of this Chief Craftsman position, or the position is not providing a cost-effective quantifiable benefit, the BNH reserves the right to remove the selected employee, repost the position, or discontinue the position.
