As an Analyst, Data Management, you will work closely with the ASX Data office team in implementing ASX’s data management frameworks, and providing support to the ASX Compliance division in adopting and embedding the policies and standards defined under the framework. While the primary focus is data governance, the role will also be expected to undertake data analytics and reporting work. Your Responsibilities: Support management in developing, maintaining and implementing data governance policies, standards and procedures across data assets owned by the division Perform activities to align and deliver on divisional data strategy Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability through implementation of data handling controls Document data catalogues data lineage Implement continuous improvement initiatives to help mature data management processes, including helping train and raise awareness within the division Monitor and report data metrics that ensure data quality for data assets owned by the division Undertake analysis to help identify and assess risks in our data and recommend controls to mitigate risks, in line with enterprise risk management framework Perform and review data impact assessments for new initiatives Serve as an escalation point for data incidents & issues.
