Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a graduate degree is preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, finance transformation, or special projects supporting CFO organizations. At least 2 years of recent experience working with artificial intelligence or AI-driven business transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of finance operations, enterprise technologies, data strategies, and emerging trends shaping the future of the CFO function. Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research, synthesize complex information, and develop compelling executive-level narratives. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to transform ambiguity into practical business insights. Executive presence with outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
