Registered Midwives - join the amazing woman centred team at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). Positions are rotational - working a rotating roster across Antenatal Clinics, Birth Unit, Maternity Unit and Midwifery in the Home, as well as the opportunity to rotate through the RNSH Midwifery Group Practice managing a caseload of women. There are permanent positions available.

To provide quality woman centred, effective, evidenced based midwifery care in accordance with the ANMC National Competency Standards for the Midwife (2006) and to supervise the work of others as required.
The midwife will consult and liaise with obstetric, medical and other appropriate staff as per the ACM National Midwifery Guidelines for Consultation and referral (PD2010_022) guidelines when deviations from the norm are identified.
