Silver Shield Inc., now hiring an on-site supervisor for a local distribution center located in San Bernardino, Ca. At Silver Shield, we promote individual growth and strive to deliver a valued service to our clients. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all officers assigned to this location. Supervisor will conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.

• Working Site Supervisor on shift
• Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor
• Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
• Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
• Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
• Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
• Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
• Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
• Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
• Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
• Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary
