Provide accurate engineering estimates and forecasts to support project planning. Lead and participate in design and hazard reviews to resolve issues early. Support construction teams by addressing field engineering challenges quickly. Coordinate effectively with line managers, engineers, and site teams to maintain alignment and progress. Work with customers, technical assurance, and subcontractors to secure approvals and ensure technical consistency. Who you are? You have experience in civil and structural design for high‑voltage substations or transmission lines; experience with industrial facilities or power plants is a plus. You understand geotechnical investigations, earthworks, grading, and drainage and how they influence project design. You are proficient in structural analysis tools such as STAAD and/or SAP2000.
